Relax at home, go hiking or downtown. Perfect for 2 traveling professionals. The location offers equal access to Denver, Red Rocks, and the Rocky Mountain foothills. Downtown Denver is easily accessible by the light rail. The open floor plan makes it easy and fun to gather between the kitchen and living room. The living room makes movies fun with the 12' movie screen, projector, theater sound, and Apple TV.

Good to know

This is a two-bedroom home. Each room has a comfy queen bed. The fully-stocked kitchen with concrete countertops is complete with a big sink, dishwasher, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We supply fresh coffee for your stay. The backyard is shared with our lower level apartments. Guests who rent the other apartments access them through their own private entrances via the back patio; you will not have any shared interior space with them. We have taken extra measures to soundproof the spaces. You’ll likely want a car to get around and plan on driving time. And note that Denver International Airport (DIA) is 45 minute drive from the city and not centrally located near any sights.

Primary guest must be 25 years or older. Check-in time is 4PM. Check-out time is 11AM. Air quality is important to us. This is a fantastic home for non-smokers. No smoking or vaping in the house or anywhere on the property, including marijuana. Any smoking or marijuana smell on the property will lead to immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. Edibles ok. No pets Verify the number of guests who stay with you matches what you've booked on the site. Please make sure you've paid for everyone. We have invested a lot of personal attention and love into making this place an inviting home; please help us to keep it that way. If during your stay you notice that something has broken or needs immediate attention, please contact us immediately so that we can attend to it. Please keep quiet hours outside after 9 pm.

Our home is in one of Lakewood's oldest neighborhoods, Eiber, tucked away in quiet tree-lined streets but easily and quickly accessible to downtown Denver and the foothills. Our neighbors are working professionals, families with children, and retirees. Expect to see goats, chickens, ducks, and horses. We are very close to the famous Casa Bonita!

You have access to the house, shared yard, and driveway with parking for 1 car. We are keyless and will send you a code to enter the house.

The light rail is easily accessible from here. Go North on Wadsworth to 13th Ave. The W line will take you directly to Mile High Stadium, the Pepsi Center, Coors Field, and downtown Denver (Union Station).
