Good to know
This is a one-bedroom home. There is a comfy queen bed in the bedroom. The fully-stocked kitchen includes a sink, dishwasher, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We supply fresh coffee for your stay. There high efficiency front-loading laundry machines for your use. We have three cute apartment homes on our property, each varying in size. We've updated and furnished each with modern decor. We live in one home and the others are guest homes available on AirBNB. If you are traveling with a group who wants to stay nearby: Studio, listing 28009611 or 4-bedroom, listing 32935138 (search airbnb and the listing #) This is the private first level of a two-level home. The hosts live on site and share a yard with you. The sights are spread out in the west. You’ll likely want a car to get around and plan on driving time. And note that Denver International Airport (DIA) is 45 minute drive from the city and not centrally located near any sights. Wifi is super important to us as we're working from home and we want to proved the best available to our guests to be able to do the same. We have gigabit internet. It's the best available in our area. We also have the latest mesh wifi router system to provide the best wifi connections to our guests.
Other Details to Note
We try to cater to groups who are interested in a smoke free property. We (your hosts) live on the upper level. Karissa occasionally practices piano/singing, but will be sure not to do it during odd hours. Please let us know if this will be a concern and we can adjust. 100% of our electricity comes from renewable wind power!

Neighborhood
Our home is in one of Lakewood's oldest neighborhoods, tucked away in quiet tree-lined streets but easily and quickly accessible to downtown Denver and the foothills. Our neighbors are working professionals, families with children, and retirees. Expect to see goats, chickens, ducks, and horses. We are very close to the famous Casa Bonita!
Guest Access
You have your own driveway. Please park in the driveway on the south side of the house (to the right) and enter the gate into the yard and patio. At the left, you will find a door with a keypad that will accept your code.

(URL HIDDEN) Go North on Wadsworth to 13th Ave. The W line will take you directly to Mile High Stadium, the Pepsi Center, Coors Field, and downtown Denver (Union Station). Use the available bikes if you'd like to bike around. Please lock the bikes when you are out and about.
