Perfect location that offers equal access to Denver, Red Rocks, and the Rocky Mountain foothills. We welcome 30+ day stays. Great space for 4 couples or business travelers who want separate rooms. We've welcomed many families moving to the area while getting to know neighborhoods. Great location for a morning hike or a visit downtown. Downtown Denver is easily accessible by the light rail. Home features modern décor, spacious kitchen, and large private yard.
Good to know
This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Two of the bedrooms with king size beds (one is memory foam, the other is a pillow top). The other two bedrooms with queen size beds. Plus sleeping for two more in the living room on sleeper sofas. The fully-stocked kitchen includes a sink, dishwasher, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We supply fresh coffee for your stay. There are laundry machines for your use. The sights are spread out in the west. You’ll likely want a car to get around and plan on driving time. And note that Denver International Airport (DIA) is 45 minute drive from the city and not centrally located near any sights. The home is professionally cleaned between stays. Wifi is super important to us as we're working from home and we want to proved the best available to our guests to be able to do the same. We have fiber gigabit internet. It's the best available in our area. We also have a commercial grade wifi system to provide the best wifi connections to our guests.

We try to cater to long-stay groups who are interested in a clean air/smoke free property. We (your hosts) live next door. 100% of our electricity comes from renewable energy!

Our home is in one of Lakewood's oldest neighborhoods, Eiber, tucked away in quiet tree-lined streets but easily and quickly accessible to downtown Denver and the foothills. Our neighbors are working professionals, families with children, and retirees. Expect to see goats, chickens, ducks, and horses. We are very close to the famous Casa Bonita! Guest Access
You will have private access to the house, the fenced yard, and the in home washer/dryer. We are keyless and will send you a code to enter the house. Our home and guest home is part of our duplex. We've updated and furnished your guest home with modern decor. We live next door.

The light rail is easily accessible from here. It's just under a mile walk (20 minutes). Go North on Wadsworth to 13th Ave. The W line will take you directly to Mile High Stadium, the Pepsi Center, Coors Field, and downtown Denver (Union Station). Uber and Lyft frequent the area.
