Very cozy, comfortable space! Adequately stocked with common supplies. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There isn't really too much within walking distance - a couple of pizza places and a coffee shop, for example - but plenty within a short drive. Ready access to major thoroughfares. The W line of light rail was just under a mile away, but not through the nicest of areas so might be a little reluctant to walk it at night.

Karissa and Nathan’s place was absolutely wonderful! The house is super cozy, spotless, and you can really feel how much thought they’ve put into every little detail to make guests comfortable. Everything we needed was already there, and they even added some really thoughtful touches that made the stay extra special. They were also incredibly warm, patient, and responsive throughout the whole stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Would 100% stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home and Karissa and Nathan were great hosts. Great communication. The place had everything we needed and the neighborhood was nice and peaceful. Good location for heading to the mountains. Highly recommend!

We were in town for several work events and looked for something central to everything, but also quiet and a great value. This home really checked all the boxes. Just as advertised, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. They really thought of everything and made this a wonderful stay.

What an incredible week at Karissa and Nathan's beautiful Lakewood home! From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away by how spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed everything was. This truly felt like the perfect home away from home during our Denver adventure. Karissa and Nathan are exceptional hosts who clearly take immense pride in their space. Every single detail was considered - the kitchen was fully stocked with quality utensils that made cooking enjoyable, there was a wonderful selection of books for relaxing evenings, and honestly, every amenity you could possibly think of was right at your fingertips. It's rare to find a place so well-equipped and maintained. The communication throughout our stay was outstanding. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and genuinely cared about ensuring we had everything we needed. The location in Lakewood was perfect for exploring all that Denver has to offer. We hope to stay here again on our next Denver trip!

Stayed here by myself for a month over the summer while climbing and working. Desk and monitor was great for working. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook 95% of my meals. Quiet location with easy access to the mountains. Would definitely come back again for an extended stay.

Excellent hosts and great stay! It is very central to everything that you could look for when visiting Colorado. We really enjoyed the neighborhood goats, having family stay in the next door rental for convenience, and visiting with the locals. You will feel right at home here!

Absolute highest recommendations! Karissa is the most responsive and most accommodating host I’ve ever stayed with! We just moved to Denver, and we stayed here while we got settled. Great way to start our move to Denver. Karissa is the best, literally responded within seconds, and was EXTREMELY accommodating. Thanks again!

My wife and I were in town for a concert and stayed for a few days. Amenities were clean and thoughtful. I also had a virtual class to attend during one of my evenings so the monitor came in extremely handy. The room was cozy and inviting equipped with everything we could’ve needed. We will definitely re-book this gem the next time we’re in town! Thank you again Karissa!!

This is one of my best AirBNB experiences ever. Karissa is an amazing host. She is extremely responsive and helpful. The place is incredible as many reviewers have noted. It’s in a very quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood that is conveniently located to most that Denver has to offer. I cooked all my meals in the kitchen which was very well stocked and appointed. Do yourself a favor and book it when/if you can. I hope to stay here again in the near future if there is availability. The calendar is full for reason! Thanks again, Nathan and Karissa for hosting me. I hope to see you again this summer.
